Q1:What is your product’s MOQ? 

A1: The MOQ of each product is different and samples could be supplied if clients pay for the sample cost and the freight.

Q2:What is your payment? 

A2: AliPay, T/T , Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal, AVAILABLE, etc.

Q3:Whatis your quality guarantee? 

A3: Quality is our 1st priority. We always focus on quality control from the very beginning to the end:

     1) Skillful workers pay great attention to each detail in the production and packing process;       

     2) We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality. 

     If the product has quality problems during the warranty period, we can replace it in your next order 

     within the warranty period.

Q4:What are your terms of delivery? 

A4: We can accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose any term which is most convenient for you.

Q5:Can you do OEM order with my logo? 

A5: Yes, we can do customize order by printing your logo on the products and packages. If the MOQ could be met

Q6:Can you do ODM order for me? 

A6: Yes, our own R&D team will assist to meet your ideas & expectations if required quantity is met.

Q7:What is your lead time? 

A7: Normally 3-7 days for the present stock and 15-20 days if out of stock. If you need a large number of products, please contact us by email or phone directly to determine the specific delivery date based on your order’s quantity.
